Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

The Crowe Logic platform is operated by Southwest Mushroom Collective LLC under license from Crowe Logic, Inc., which owns the underlying platform technology. Genetics and spawn referenced in the platform are produced by Crowe Mycology LLC. Michael Crowe is the founder of all three entities.

This policy covers the web application served at southwestmushrooms.com, www.southwestmushrooms.com, and ai.southwestmushrooms.com, and the Crowe Logic mobile app available on Google Play.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address and hashed password when you create an account. We never store passwords in plain text.
• License key: The license key you provide during registration, used to verify your purchase of The Mushroom Grower.
• Conversation data: Messages you send to CroweLM are processed to generate responses. Conversations may be stored to provide chat history functionality.
• Grow log data: Cultivation projects, environmental readings, and harvest records you create through the platform.
• Uploaded images: Photos submitted to Crowe Vision for analysis are processed by pattern models and may be temporarily stored for processing.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve CroweLM cultivation responses
• To maintain your grow logs and dashboard
• To verify license key validity
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the platform:

• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
• Railway: Application hosting
• Model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, NVIDIA): Your messages and uploaded images may be sent to these providers to generate responses. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing data processing.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest. Authentication tokens on the mobile app are stored using device-level encrypted storage (Expo SecureStore). We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Update your account information through the profile page

7. Children's Privacy

The Crowe Logic platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
