Terms of Service

1. Operating Entities

The Crowe Logic platform (the "Service") is operated by Southwest Mushroom Collective LLC, a limited liability company organized in Arizona, USA (the "Operator"). The platform technology is owned by and licensed from Crowe Logic, Inc. Genetics and spawn referenced through the platform are produced by Crowe Mycology LLC. All three entities were founded by Michael Crowe.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Intended Use

The Service provides cultivation guidance, photo-based pattern analysis, environmental tracking, and standard operating procedure generation for legal mushroom species. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, regulatory compliance review, or laboratory testing.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including local cultivation, food-handling, and commercial-sale regulations.

4. Account and License

Access to the Service may require purchase of a license key (for example, the license bundled with The Mushroom Grower) or a subscription. Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and revocable for material breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, prompts, training data, visual identity, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Crowe Logic, Inc. Strains, lineage records, and genetic materials are the intellectual property of Crowe Mycology LLC. Cultivation data collected from Southwest Mushrooms production is the property of Southwest Mushroom Collective LLC.

You retain ownership of grow log data, photos, and other content you create through the Service. You grant the Operator a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Cultivation outcomes depend on factors outside the Service's control, including local environment, substrate quality, contamination pressure, and operator skill.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and the licensors above are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via the contact below. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or for inactivity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
