Southwest Mushrooms is a trade name operated by Crowe Mycology LLC, a company based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA ("Southwest Mushrooms", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of our products and services.

By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us.

We sell living mushroom cultures, grain and sawdust spawn, cultivation supplies and equipment, dual-extracted functional mushroom tinctures and nutraceuticals, printed materials, and digital products such as standard operating procedures, build plans, and memberships.

Living cultures and spawn are sold for the lawful cultivation of the culinary and functional mushroom species named on the product. We do not sell psilocybin-containing mushrooms, spores, or any controlled substance, and our products may not be used to produce them.

You are responsible for confirming that the purchase, possession, and cultivation of any product is legal where you live, and for using our products safely and in accordance with the instructions provided.

Tinctures and nutraceuticals sold on this site are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep supplements out of reach of children.

All prices are listed in United States dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that contain a pricing or product error, or that exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

You may place orders through automated shopping agents, programmatic checkout, or other software acting on your behalf, including agentic commerce checkout offered through our payment processor.

If you authorize an agent or application to transact with us, you are responsible for that agent's actions, for the accuracy of the information it submits, and for all resulting orders and charges to the same extent as if you had placed the order yourself. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Return Policy apply to every order regardless of how it is placed.

Orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona to destinations within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Living cultures and other perishable goods are time sensitive, and you agree to be available to receive and refrigerate or store them promptly on arrival.

Standard operating procedures, build plans, guides, and memberships are licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share access to digital products or membership content without our written permission.

The website and its content, including text, photographs, protocols, graphics, logos, and the Southwest Mushrooms name and marks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this content for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Cultivation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your environment, sterile technique, and handling, and we do not warrant any particular yield or result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southwest Mushrooms and Crowe Mycology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southwest Mushrooms, Crowe Mycology LLC, and its owners and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site or placing an order after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
